Mission & Tasks :

MISSION :

Direct and oversee Regional logistics operations ensuring customer satisfaction through a sustainable and competitive performance.

Engage teams (internal or 3PL) towards the achievement of the objectives

Main tasks :
• Ensure that Logistics process is complied with group referential
• Manage and working with team to solve customers complaint
• Anticipate risk to avoid non-conformed in Logistics process
• Ensure that block tires/non-conformed treated properly and no leakage.
• Lead audit in Logistics process
• Deployment & support quality system to the network

Ensure the quality of the products and services delivered to satisfy the customers served by the site activity, while :
- Achieving the performance expectations of the site activity
- Preserving and improving the practice of the quality approach

Mobilises and develops the teams (internal and partners) towards the achievement of the entity's obj

Your background:

  • Relevant degree (Bachelors/masters) in logistics field
  • + 5 years of experience in logistics
  • Hard skills in analysis, communication, English
  • Soft skills in team management, change management, stakeholder management
  • Curious and resilient & learning mindset
