MISSION:

In this role, he/she/they will  

Product : Mining Tires

Account Management

  • Understand customer needs by actively listening and gathering insights.

  • Build lasting relationships, always looking for improvement.

  • Generate new leads through research, trend analysis, and proactive outreach.

  • Promote collaboration by educating and engaging both internal teams and clients.

  • Expand customer engagement by identifying new use cases and planning strategically.

  • Keep teams informed with clear communication on product launches and strategy evolution.

  • Streamline processes to boost efficiency and hit sales targets.
     

Opportunity Management

  • Turn leads into wins with targeted sales action plans.

  • Own your territory by managing time, resources, and mid-term plans effectively.

  • Stay ahead of the competition by gathering and sharing market intelligence.

  • Identify new business in high-potential markets and maintain customer focus.

  • Strengthen partnerships and align them with our business goals.

Product, Service & Industry Knowledge

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to take ownership of key accounts and unlock new business opportunities. If you're passionate about building relationships, spotting trends, and delivering value, this role is for you.

  • Obtained a bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account/fleet management, project management, sales

  • Ability to translate technical specs into business value for customers

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills

  • Willingness and ability to visit mining sites sometimes in remote locations with overnight stay)

  • Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English
