We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our industrial site in Nyíregyháza.

The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal and compliance support in his/her respective fields to either the region or country level internal clients, including industrial and logistic sites of the Regional legal entities in relation to its operations with the aim of providing effective and efficient solutions, innovative as the case may be, that facilitate business, manage legal risks that are in compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant countries. 
 

What we are looking for:

• Legal faculty university degree

• 5 years of experience working in a law firm or corporate legal environment

• Knowledge of civil law, data protection, IS/IT laws, real estate, commercial litigation

• Experience in drafting contracts, leading negotiations, managing litigation, adoption of privacy policies

• Fluent in Hungarian and English both written and spoken

• Business solutions oriented

• Team player, able to work well independently

• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Very good organization of work,

• Reliability, punctuality, proactivity

What will your responsibilities be?

• Being a legal counsel responsible for complex business topics related to the industry and logistic sites in Hungary,

• Being a member of the regional team of lawyers holding multiple projects of the international scope,

• Offering legal expertise in matters related to compliance,

• Ensuring that all business contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, protecting the company's interests, and minimizing legal risks,

• Managing disputes, pre-litigation, and litigation matters, including arbitration, and developing effective strategies to resolve legal issues and protect the company's rights,

• Creating, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, such as agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and other contractual arrangements,

• Defining and implementing internal governance policies to ensure the company's processes and practices are in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
