Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Cell Manager, you will:

  • **Coordinate a Team:** Coordinate and mentor a team, ensuring the availability and durability of equipment in your sector.
  • **Implement Risk Prevention:** Strictly enforce the Risks Prevention Plan, ensuring all safety requirements for both personnel and equipment are met.
  • **Apply Maintenance Strategy:** Determine and apply the appropriate maintenance strategy based on equipment criticality.
  • **Complete Maintenance Plans:** Effectively implement comprehensive maintenance plans, including process-influencing parameters, and adapt them as necessary.
  • **Optimize Interventions:** Continuously analyze maintenance results, optimizing interventions to achieve flawless operational efficiency.
  • **Control Costs:** Optimize maintenance costs through effective management of operational efficiency, energy, and spare parts consumption.
  • **Maintain Cleanliness:** Apply MMW steps and tools to maintain strict orderliness and cleanliness standards.
  • **Ensure Equipment Durability:** Ensure the long-term durability of equipment, addressing obsolescence and implementing necessary upgrades.
  • **Resource Management:** Improve resources in terms of skill and quantity, crafting training and succession plans to maintain a robust team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • **Proven Experience:** A strong track record in maintenance management, with demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
  • **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of maintenance strategies and equipment management.
  • **Analytical Skills:** Remarkable ability to analyze maintenance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • **Safety Focus:** A strict adherence to safety standards and risk prevention practices.
  • **Cost Management:** Proven ability to control and optimize maintenance costs.
