About the Department
At the Quality Department, we aim to ensure high-performance quality standards across our operations while driving continuous improvement to deliver reliable and safe products to our customers.
Mission
In this role, you will:
Lead quality performance within the assigned scope (business unit, process, or team) and continuously improve quality results
Ensure application of quality standards and procedures defined for the field of activity
Manage non-conformities, including analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up
Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and analytical approaches
Collaborate closely with production, process engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality
Who We Are Looking For
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Production, or related fields)
0 - 5 years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing environment (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Knowledge of quality standards, process control, or industrial manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good English communication proficiency
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Exposure to quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, continuous improvement methods) is a plus
