Which is your mission?

Define and implement the value strategy to drive revenue and growth through customer centric pricing principles for the business lines.

How will a daily routine look like?

  • Communicates expectations and objectives providing ongoing feedback and addressing shortcomings developing and supporting employees' career plans and learning opportunities both in technical and behavioral skills.
  • Develops pricing strategies aligned with the financial, marketing and strategic objectives of the business (segment, branding, positioning, targeting) achieving revenue management goals. Revises pricing strategies as necessary to accommodate changing market conditions while foreseeing market changes and trends and anticipates how to adapt to them.
  • Performs appropriate profitability analyses using a variety of metrics and methodologies to measure business performance against financial objectives and makes recommendations to support short- and long-term decisions & multi-year contract (e.g. break-even, relevant cost, contribution margin, linear programming, sensitivity, and uncertainty analysis, etc.).
  • Steer implementation of these rules/guidelines during contract duration. Evaluate quality of the protection system and propose if relevant actions to correct.
  • Identifies related industries & competitors’ product and services that have an impact on the business (segment, branding, positioning, targeting customers, etc.)
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of own organization’s industry trends to identify the features which differentiate own organization from the competition.

What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?

  • Professional Background in Statistics, Actuarial, Economy, or related. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, and at least 3 managing teams. Business Analytics and/or Sales experience is nice to have.

    • Data Gathering and Processing: Locating and collecting data from appropriate sources and analyzing it to prepare meaningful and concise reports that summarize the information.
    • Pricing Concepts and Methods: Develops pricing strategies aligned with the financial, marketing and strategic objectives of the organization.
    • Revenue and Profitability Management: Managing the revenue stream, using internal (organizational) and external (industry, market) sources of information to achieve the organization's chosen value proposition and maximize profitability.
  • English business proficiency, French is a plus.
