Key expected achievements:
- Managing personnel files and ensuring correct and timely processing of data.
- Supporting the recruitment and selection of new employees, including drafting contracts and creating personnel files.
- Processing changes in personnel data, such as address changes, job changes, and salary adjustments.
- Preparing reports and overviews for the HR manager and other departments.
- Answering employee questions regarding personnel matters, such as leave requests, absenteeism, and employment conditions.
- Processing department invoices in Tradeshift.
- Ensuring correct archiving of documents and maintaining the personnel archive.
Qualifications :
- At least an MBO diploma in a relevant field, such as administrative assistant or HRM.
- Experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work accurately and structured.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
